When a client or insurance company contacts Tuhavi Corporation to discuss a project, we spend the time to sit and really listen to what your needs are. We ask questions and establish a basis to proceed. An initial site inspection follows the first project discussion to view each need first hand. Our experience in the market also grants an opportunity to look for any needs that might not have been considered or missed.
Tuhavi then gives clients an estimate of the cost and duration of the project and will work within the clients’ existing budget.
We even feature a private online viewing of job progression for each client so that they may log on at any time to view the project history.
At the completion of the job, owner Jack Pleason will personally perform a walk through to ensure that the job meets the quality standards Tuhavi Corporation strives to achieve.
Communication
We understand that communication is one of the most important pieces to a successful new home, remodel or restoration project. We don’t meet you initially then disappear only to leave our clients with subcontractors to talk to. Regular site inspections and continued discussions occur throughout the entire process. We are very straight forward and will say what needs to be said, good news or bad. Our goal is for our clients to completely understand what’s happening at all times.
